particular, and without limiting the foregoing, you may not copy, modify,
merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works of
this software, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from the

Use of the hosted service at arch-insight.com, and of the packages built from
this repository and distributed through Google Play, the Microsoft Store, the
App Store and the openSUSE Build Service, is governed by the End User License
Agreement and the Terms of Service published with the product, not by this
file. This file governs the source.

Third-party components retain their own licences. The dependencies declared in
`prototype/frontend/package.json`, `prototype/backend/requirements.txt`,
`collector/pyproject.toml` and `deploy/capacitor/package.json` are covered by
the terms their authors set, and nothing here overrides them. The last of
those is the native shells' dependency list: Capacitor and its plugins, which
in turn pull the Google Play Services, AdMob and Play Billing libraries into
the Android package and the equivalent Apple frameworks into the iOS one.

Why this file exists, and what is still missing
-----------------------------------------------

It exists because packaging the product for Linux (#484) needed a licence field
and there was nothing in the repository to put in it. Until now the only
statement anywhere in the tree was the single word `Proprietary` in
`collector/pyproject.toml` and `collector/arch-collector.spec` — not an SPDX
identifier, not a grant, not a reservation of rights, and not something a
distribution's packaging review will accept.

Three spellings of the same intent appear in this repository, deliberately,
because three ecosystems document three different ones for a licence that has
no SPDX identifier of its own:

LicenseRef-Proprietary the RPM spec, the Debian control file, the
PKGBUILD, and the SPDX header above
UNLICENSED package.json — npm's documented value for exactly
                             this case
    Proprietary collector/pyproject.toml, predating this file

They are not in conflict. If one of them is ever changed, change all three.

The copyright holder is **Takanori Nagashima**, TechBase Regensburg,
Franz-Mayer-Straße 1, 93053 Regensburg-Galgenberg, Germany — the same operator
that publishes the sibling product at whatareyoudo.ing, with the contact
address adapted to this one: support@arch-insight.com.

Two other names appear around this product and neither is a separate legal
entity. **ARCH-Insight** is the product; it is also the `O=` in the Android
upload certificate. **LoveKapibarasan** is the publisher display name on the
Microsoft Store and the openSUSE Build Service account, and it is what those
two show to a user. § 5 DDG wants the operator's own name, so the compliance
pages carry it rather than either of the other two.

Two things are deliberately absent rather than guessed, and both are in
`homepage/legal/info/impressum.html`: a **telephone number**, because § 5 DDG
asks for a means of rapid electronic contact and the e-mail address is one,
while a number nobody answers is worse than none; and a
**Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer**, because that section is required only
where one exists and a fabricated id is a false statement on a legally mandated
page. Add either the moment it is real.

So: this file reserves rights, which is the safe default and what the packaging
needed. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by anyone qualified to review
it.
